TriCardin is very effective in treating all systemic diseases.  Since TriCardin’s basic action is on the vessels wall, it is extremely useful in the following indications: hypertension/ischemic heart disease, `post-myocardial infarction, cardiomyopathies and above all in congestive cardiac failure; non specific chest pain like mitral valve prolapse and neurogenic chest pain.  On the neurological side in CVA (cerebrovascular accident)- TriCardin is extremely useful in preventing and tackling the complications of diabetes, hypertension, peripheral vascular disease and in people complaining of leg pain and fatigue.

I have had extensive experience with TriCardin in patients with ischemic heart disease, cardiomyopathy condition, congestive heart failure and peripheral arterial disease.

In patients with congestive heart failure ejection fraction has improved significantly. Patients with peripheral arterial disease showed improvement when they started taking TriCardin.  I carried out viability studies with radioisotopes and compared TriCardin with Nitrates.  I found TriCardin to be a better drug when evaluating Hibernating Myocardium signifying its effect on Microcirculation.

We have unique experience of using TriCardin in asthmatic patients, especially aspirin induced phenotype where antiplatelet drugs are best avoided and TriCardin appears to be most effective.  This is over and above so many advantages seen in diabetic and cardiac patients.                                                                                                                         

I have used the drug TriCardin in refractory Angina and also in patients with CCF, especially diabetic patients.  I have found their response quite encouraging with improvement of Angina and signs of CCF.
